2023-24 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINES

• Competitive: At time of offer/registration
• Recreational 9U and older: June 19
• Academy 8U/9U/10U: June 21
• 6U/7U/8U In-House: July 8
• 4U/5U In-House: Sept. 8

All dates are based on Oregon SC registration deadlines. Scholarships must be approved before registering. Families of 9U and older players who receive scholarships are subject to the Oregon SC Volunteer Requirements. 

• Scholarships available: Competitive, Recreational, Academy or In-House soccer

Costs not included in scholarships include uniforms, equipment and travel costs. Note: Shirts are included for 6U/7U/8U In-House players; shirts and balls are included for 4U/5U In-House players. 

Eligibility requirements

The child must qualify for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program and reside within the Oregon School District or attend an OSD school. For more information, contact the Oregon School District at 608-835-4036 or visit the Free and Reduced Price Program page on the Oregon School District website. If you need a copy of your Free/Reduced Lunch Eligibility letter, email Sarah Tomasiewicz at setomasiewicz@OregonSD.org.

INSTRUCTIONS

There are two ways to apply for Oregon SC scholarships:

Using this online form

1. Complete the parent and child information on this online form and upload your annual proof of eligibility for Free/Reduced School Lunch Program from the Oregon School District. You must log in using your Sports Engine username; if you don't have one, sign up for free by clicking "Create an Account" in the top left corner of this page. Then, click on the "Continue" button on the bottom of this page. Note: You may apply for scholarships for up to three children with this form.

Using a paper form

1. Print out and complete the PDF form below. You may apply for scholarships for up to three children with one form.
2. Provide a copy of your annual Free/Reduced School Lunch Program letter from the Oregon School District.
3. Mail or email the completed Player Scholarship Form and the Free/Reduced School Lunch Program document to:

If you would like a paper application form and an addressed stamped envelope sent to you, please email your name and address to treasurer@oregonsc.com and we will send one to you.

If your scholarship application is accepted, the Oregon SC registrar will contact you with instructions on how to register your child/children.
