2023-24 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINES
All dates are based on Oregon SC registration deadlines. Scholarships must be approved before registering. Families of 9U and older players who receive scholarships are subject to the Oregon SC Volunteer Requirements.

Costs not included in scholarships include uniforms, equipment and travel costs. Note: Shirts are included for 6U/7U/8U In-House players; shirts and balls are included for 4U/5U In-House players.
Eligibility requirements
The child must qualify for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program and reside within the Oregon School District or attend an OSD school. For more information, contact the Oregon School District at 608-835-4036 or visit the Free and Reduced Price Program page on the Oregon School District website. If you need a copy of your Free/Reduced Lunch Eligibility letter, email Sarah Tomasiewicz at setomasiewicz@OregonSD.org.

If you would like a paper application form and an addressed stamped envelope sent to you, please email your name and address to treasurer@oregonsc.com and we will send one to you.
If your scholarship application is accepted, the Oregon SC registrar will contact you with instructions on how to register your child/children.
